The Glycaemic Index Diet
The gi index weight loss regime is reliant on the glycaemic index, a list showing foods and an indicator of the speed with which the glucose of the food gets changed to glucose in your body. 3/4-1cupvinegar
1/2cupketchup
2tablespoonsugar
2tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1eachgarlic, clove, minced
1teaspoonmustard, ground
1teaspoonpaprika
1/2-1teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonpepper
2poundpork, spareribs
1tablespoonvegetable oil

Directions:

Combine the first nine ingredients in a slow cooker. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; brown in skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until tender.

Yield 2-3 servings.
