A low calorie weight loss regime

In short, a low calorie weight loss regime depends on the fact that if you intend to get rid of some fat, it is essential to eat fewer calories than your body normally needs.

What is a calorie?
The calorie is a unit for measuring food's ability to produce heat and energy. A food calorie is the the amount of energy required to raise one cubic centimeter of water by one degree centigrade. If a food type contains more calories, then it will turn into more energy to use when your body converts it.

Low calorie foods include fresh green beans, bell pepper, water melon, steaks and burgers, and bamboo shoots.
