The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a weight loss system invented by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which encourages that one should eat "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Agatston invented this diet for people who have heart disease, based on his detailed study of scientific research on other weight loss systems.
Examples of good foods include, broiled ham, turkey breast, fish and shellfish, ricotta cheese, pistachio nuts, nonfat yoghurt and some vegatables, such as kidney beans, cucumbers and snow peas.
